Well I'm in Jerusalem!!!!! It's nice to be back. It is very hot and humid here. All of a sudden I feel very damp. That doesn't happen often in Utah. It was wonderful to drive into Jerusalem and see the Temple Mount and the Dome of the Rock. Then tonight I went out on my balcony and listened to the Muslim call to prayer.

It's Saturday night so we missed church today (because they have it on Saturday. tomorrow is Sunday so we are going food shopping. Already I had a salad that was wonderful with wheat, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley and a lemon dressing and the watermelon was SOOOOOO sweet.

So I've just finished unpacking. It's 11 pm and I'm going to try and go to sleep even though this is very early for me so that I can try to get my body in rhythm. This week we're going to take a quick three day trip up to the Galilee to check out the field trip sites that we will be taking the students.
